On Friday 22nd January we left school at 1.45pm and set off to the mountains to enjoy a fun packed overnight camp filled with adventure, excitement and friendship. Accompanied by Miss Bradburn (and Tomas), Mrs De Leon and Mr Rowan, 22 of us set off to enjoy the fresh mountain air, experience new challenges and most of all enjoy our time together. Gaby, Julio and Manuel ( www.akwaterra.com) made us very welcome and provided a great programme for us. Whether it was with our knees shaking on the hire wire, working as a team in twin football, mountain biking, beating Mr Rowan at table football or learning to ride a horse- we all took something home with us that we will never forget

Todo esto me trae lagrimas de alegria a los ojos. Nuestro esfuerzo como Akwaterra y Portezuelo Park has sido duro y agotador. Cada dia es una lucha fuerte por compartir este bellisimo lugar con ustedes y sobre todo con la juventud quienes seran nuestro mañana. Ver este blog lleno de emociones y miles de fotos de los infinitos momentos que quedaran plasmado en nuestro recuerdo es para Julio y para mi y para todos los que nos acompañan en este camino, un premio mayor!!! Gracias amiguitos por apreciar los arboles, vencer el miedo y sobre todo divertirse con sus mentores y con sus amigos.
